HALLOWEEN AT WCSC

Canskaters and Pre-Canskaters are welcome and encouraged to wear Halloween costumes/attire during their Canskate Session for the following days:

Thursday October 26, 2017

Saturday October 28, 2017

Monday October 30, 2017

Please note the costumes will have to go over their helmets and snowsuits.

Join us at our Skating items Swap/Sale next Saturday, October 28th from 8:00 - 10:30 am in the lobby at the rink.  A few tables will be available.

In addition, our most recent version of WCSC's Handbook has been added under the same tab which provides great tips and information including, skate sharpening, buying skates, etc. Please take a moment to review.

OFF-ICE TRAINING WITH ASHLEY HOLMES IS BACK !!

This season, Ashley is offering two programs; JOGA and Off-Ice Foundations designed for all ages of Starskaters.  Sessions will take place at her studio, Elite Performance Academy, located at 93 Hines Road, Kanata.  Session 1 begin Sunday, October 8th til December 17.  Session 2 will begin on January 7, 2018.  Any questions, please contact Ashley directly at info@ashleyholmes.ca.  Feel free to browse her website at www.ashleyholmes.ca.

WELCOME BRUNCH / PEAK SPORTSWEAR

Come out and join us at our annual Welcome Brunch on Saturday, October 14th from 8:30 am til 11:00 am.

Peak Sportswear will be on hand for anyone who wishes to purchase club wear including fleece jacket (various fabrics/styles), pants, skating dresses, headbands, mitts, skate blade covers, etc. A poster can be found on the bulletin board.
